Shipping policy

Things you should know:

  • We currently ship to the United States only. Sorry, no international orders.
  • We use USPS for the vast majority of our orders. If another shipping vendor such as UPS offers a lower price, we will utilize them. Custom orders that require freight handling will be quoted on a case by case basis.
  • All packages are sent with tracking information.
  • Shipping Time is in addition to Production Time. 
  • Production Time varies depending on the item. Items listed in our shop for immediate sale are usually:
    • Pre-printed and ready to ship, or
    • Take 1-3 business days to produce**
      **Unless we are out of office/on vacation. The announcement bar at the top of our webpages will tell you if we are not in the shop.

Please remember: We don't own or work for the post office or UPS and delivery time are based on what they estimate when we purchase a label.

Order Fulfillment & Production Time

Please allow up to 3 business days for fulfillment of orders placed in our online store.** 

    • CUSTOM ORDERS will have custom quoted production time, which will be communicated during the consultation phase and approved by the customer before production begins.
    • **Unless we are out of office/on vacation. The announcement bar at the top of our webpages will tell you if we are not in the shop.



What is a Business Day?
We produce and ship orders Monday - Friday, and observe most federal holidays. 
If we are out of office, we will have a notification in the announcement bar at the top of our webpages.


Shipping Options Available

Standard Shipping, Small Items under 13 oz: USPS First Class Mail, 1-3 Business Days (usually)
First-Class Mail® is an affordable mail service for standard-sized, single-piece envelopes weighing up to 3.5 oz and large envelopes and small packages weighing up to 13 oz with delivery in 3 business days or less.
This applies to 99% of our items. 


Priority Shipping, Items weighing 13 oz- 70lbs: USPS Priority Mail, 1-3 Business days (usually)

  • Maximum weight is 70 lbs.
  • Maximum combined length and girth (girth is the distance around the thickest part) is 108″. Anything larger will require additional postage- we will contact you if this is necessary.
  • When sealing a Flat Rate Envelope or Box, the container flaps must be able to close within the normal folds.

This will be considered a custom order, and may also incur a rush production fee if the item is not ready-to-ship. All costs will be communicated and approved before production/packing begins. We will do our best to honor rush orders and overnight delivery requests, but we reserve the right to respectfully decline any rush order if it is not possible for us to produce and ship out a quality product in the time frame provided.
